| Coca Cola Scholars | Need 3.0 gpa or higher and complete the online application. | September 30 by 5:00 pm |
| Elks Most Valuable Student | Your family does not have to be an Elks member. Based on Academics, leadership, service, and financial need. | November 12, 2024 |

| Elks Legacy Awards | College-bound seniors who are children or grandchildren of dues-paying Elks. Based on knowledge, charity, community service, and integrity. | February 3, 2025 |
| Elks Student of the Month | Each month the Elks of Van Wert sponsor two students of the month. This is based on community service/volunteerism. No other criteria. The student of the month and parents are invited to a breakfast in May and receive a small scholarship. One student out of that group receives an additional scholarship and then goes on to the pool for a $1,000 district scholarship. This is a rolling application, but the sooner you get it in the more months you are eligible. | March 1
